1. What We Collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Your school name (provided voluntarily)
• Worksheet preferences you select (board, class, subject, topic, question types)
• Images you upload as part of a worksheet request
• Generated worksheet PDFs

2. How We Use It

• To generate and deliver personalised worksheet PDFs over WhatsApp
• To remember your school name across sessions
• To maintain conversation state during an active session

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the EduDraft service.

3. WhatsApp & Meta

EduDraft is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). By messaging EduDraft, you also agree to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. We access your messages solely to respond to your worksheet requests — we do not read, store, or analyse messages for any other purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Gemini — generates worksheet questions from your topic input
• Supabase — stores conversation state and PDF files
• Railway — hosts the application server

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies. No personal data is sold to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Conversation state and generated PDFs are retained for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data during transit and storage. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

7. Children's Privacy

EduDraft is intended solely for use by educators and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at info@easolab.com and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@easolab.com.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of EduDraft after changes constitutes acceptance.
